July 2017 Speeding Ticket I reached out to a few lawyers after receiving what was a questionable 6 point ticket in late July of this year. I then found out that in addition to a fine, 6 points on my license, there is a $300 DMV fee once you get 6 total points, which is what this ticket was! Anyways, I went with Larry as he was the only actual lawyer to call me back and walk me through my options and what his recommendation was. He knew exactly who the judges and prosecutors were in the county and after signing an affidavit to allow him to to go to the hearing an represent me, I was all set. I am writing this now in September, as he got my ticket significantly reduced, more than paying for the costs of his services and also having gotten my ticket reduced and the corresponding reduction in points. I would really recommend Larry Trank to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of dealing with tickets in upstate New York'. He would certainly be my first call if this happens again!
