Mechanics are knowledgeable, they understand that the customers are priority. They always try to give an honest quote. They even have storage for your winter and summer tires! The previous review sounds inaccurate, I recieved great service; I will be coming back.

STAY AWAY! I had my mom take my car in for an oil change and they offered to do 5 point inspection for her. After having just had the car serviced, and receiving the all clear this garage came up with a laundry list of things that was wrong with my car, including being unable to change a tire with a nail in it. The report from them (among other things) said my right swaybar needed replacing (after it was done literally 3 months earlier). I was very skeptical when I received their report because of the recent sway bar replacement, so I told them to not do any work. My mom asked them to remove the flat punctured tire and put on the spare because there was a legitimate hole in it. When trying to reach the spare, there was a table in the back of the car, and I believe that they lifted it up to reach the spare instead of taking it out. I believe this resulted in my console breaking. When the car was picked up, the console was missing. I called and they said that they had no recollection of the console or where it might have been. I wrote emails and called, and finally after a period of weeks, someone got back to me and said that the console was there. They did not admit blame for breaking the console and I cannot prove (other than dropping the car off with a working console) that they broke it. I took the tire to a registered Toyota dealer and they patched it and said that there was no problem with it. They did not know why another garage would say it was unfixable. At this time I had the car inspected and NONE of the issues that were in the Lawrence Park Auto report were found. To add insult to injury, my mom needed the plates changed on her car (a simple job of using a screw driver) and they charged her $15! It was this insult that finally inspired me to write the review. I have NEVER been so upset with the service of ANY business more than this one. Please, if you do go here, get a second opinion and see for yourself.
