Decided to have the car done by Kirmac after looking at a few places and actually forgot we had some work done by them a few years back. Recalled their work and customer service was exceptional and this time was no different. James Choi was the one who helped us this time and his customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We were expecting maybe 3 or 4 days before we were getting the car back, but they finished in less than 2 days and i was quite surprised. Their work on the car was also very good, looked practically new again. Would not hesitate to recommend Kirmac to friends and family!

I have only good things to say about the service this shop offered. It is extremely hard to find a decent repair shop with integrity. I brought my previous car, Nissan Rogue for 3 paint repairs and my new Mercedes E300 for bumper repairs. The attention to detail and customer care is FANTASTIC. All staff, from manager down to reception/registration demonstrates good qualities and follow up during the repair process. I am glad I found a body shop that I can rely on for inevitable damages in Vancouver over many years.

Outstanding customer service! Despite it taking months for my car to be repaired (through no fault of Kirmac), they continued to call me with updates as they got them. Came through on every promise made. Jason was great to work with. His expertise and guidance is greatly appreciated.

Disappointed with the job done. Chose this place as they market themselves as a more expensive and better quality of job. Came to get my car that was there for fender replacement and after two weeks of working on my car the fender was slapped on very sloppily. It was all crooked and so obvious they couldn’t even deny it when I pointed it out. Further, there was a scratch on the top side of my bumper in the spot that is impossible to scratch unless one would take bumper off. So my first question was whether they took the bumper off. Of course they did. My second question was whether the people that work on my car are capable of taking a car piece and not scratching it. It’s very disappointing to come and fix a scratch to just get another one. They took the car in to adjust the fender and paint the scratch. The scratch paint looked horrible as I expected. The fender looked more flash but at expense of righting it in wrong places and now the lines of the car were all crooked when looking at it from front. The nice bmw front looked ridiculous. They asked to leave a car for another day. My question was why would they call me to come all the way here, spend two hours so that they ask to keep the car again and I’d have to come and do it all over again. They don’t care. They scratched my car - they don’t care. Their only job was to put a new fender on and it wasn’t done as it was slapped on and it was all crooked and they didn’t care. They think that’s it, the call me to get the car. This is ridiculous. I don’t know what people Work there but they far from being “specialists”.

This was my first experience with an auto repair, and the staff at Kirmac made the process easy. From a friendly welcome and a willingness to answer all my first-timer questions, I was treated like a regular, kept in constant communication with my car's progress by James Choi, and received an excellent repair on my vehicle's suspension and bumper in a timely manner. Would easily return back here as my Vancouver go-to.
