Lawrence Mobile Home Park

Took my $70 for credit check, didnt call me for over a week, said I got denied because my credit score had to be over 600. Won't give me cooperate phone number, because they lie! I got approved for a park with lot rent of $565 month. There's is 330 month most people there do not have good credit! ..stay away from this park! Warning! Warning! Warning! Warning! Warning stay away from this park!!!!

this mobile home park sucks! the manager, kyle, is clueless. i did not get the rules to the park untill i had lived there 3 months. you have to have written permission from kyle before you can own a dog.she has a pit bull and the maintaince man has a pit bull. her brother plows snow. they have a real racket going on here. she refuses to give me the name of the owner of the park. she is a flunkie. i want to talk to someone in authority.
