This is an unsolicited post advocating for Attorney Catania. My experience isn't a personal one but personal enough considering I paid for him to represent a good friend of mine. He is very reasonable with rates and negotiating prices. I believe with the amount of time he spent on this particular case far outweighs the price, in other words very good quality deal. The competency he showed in the case was very amazing, he made sure at the very beginning to not over promise anything in the case. Here is what got me the most, my friend continued to acquire additional charges while being represented and Peter never changed his price a dime for the additional work he had to put into the case. By the time everything was said and done with my friend was looking at approximately 5 years or more in prison, the astonishing results from Peter got that knocked down to just 8 months. Maybe not the desired result that my friend was looking for, but with the laundry list of charges he acquired and expecting Peter to get him off free and clear is for lack of better phrase like sending a one legged person into an ass kicking contest and expecting them to win. At the end Peter even discounted the price for me, which I was incredibly thankful for. Great personality very personable and easy to talk to. Usually answers his phone unless he is in court, also calls back within a 12 hour time frame usually much less. Doesn't charge for the short office visits or the phone calls like some money hungry and greedy Attorneys do. Once again very fair, works hard for his clients, great value, and easy to talk to. If you decide to acquire his legal services, tell him all the facts be upfront with him and honest, and listen to what he tells you, if there is something he tells you to do, DO IT! It will help you, always listen to his advice!

This review is an unsolicited testimonial recommending the legal services of Peter Catania. Firstly, if you are looking for counsel to represent you, Mr. Catania is your very best choice. When I searched for representation, I was fortunate enough to be able to find him easily on Google and call his toll free number. What amazed me was "he" answered the call. He does have a very competent staff, yet I believe he chooses to forward the line to his mobile phone. This immediately told me he not only cares about his existing clients but he also is appreciative of new business, and we all need an attorney who is hungry and motivated to represent us. I was so pleased to actually speak with Peter and not get lost in the typical voicemail abyss or have to leave a message with a receptionist and wait for a callback. After briefly discussing my case, we set an initial meeting at his office, a few days after my call. His administrative staff are very polite and helpful and they will always call you the day before any meeting or court date to confirm the date and time. Peter always met with me at the exact scheduled time. Peter is an excellent communicator and he has a tremendous amount of experience to draw upon to give you realistic and thorough advice. I did not hesitate for one second to retain him as my attorney. I left his office with a sense of confidence and with a strategy to move forward. He was extremely fair with me on price, and quite frankly, I received way more value than I paid for. Peter is very well connected and well respected in the courtroom. He is a phenomenal negotiator and my case was handled professionally from start to finish. Lastly, I know attorneys well.....my Dad was a criminal defense attorney for 35 years and I was raised in the courtrooms. I have an excellent understanding of good and bad counsel.
