I used Bay #1 and it was a little hard to figure out but the brush released soap and helped me remove the dead bugs.  Then I used soap (pre-levage) and the water to wash the rest.  I spent $2.50 for a little over 4 minutes.  Way cheaper than the $12 at gas stations so I'm happy.
