From London, was here to visit family. Best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had. Bravo on their flavours, it’s so indulgent and wonderful. Highest of quality, and if I’m going for dessert, the calories have to be worth it, this definitely was!

Supposed to open at 11. Was here at 11 waited 15 minutes. Walked around and came back to find a sign be back in 5. That was 10 minutes ago. This place is managed badly. Going to Lasalle instead.

It is pretty noisy out there and when I have asked the lady who was there seems to be the manager to repeat she answered me like sh...t and told me that she was tired of repeating for customers that are asking to. Really bad customer service experience. There is 3 others ice cream stores next to this one and their customer service is way better. Shame on you Laura Secord to hire Manager like this one!

The best ice cream ever specially the cherry flavor I love it

Love their Super Kid ice cream; not just for kids though, bold flavors of blueberry, banana & strawberry.

I came to purchase their candy canes, which is my yearly tradition. Well, I was so disappointed to see how much they shrunk and at the most ridiculous price for a pack. No candy cane for me this year :

Hard to find, good chocolate but pricey

The lady working with pink hair is extremely rude and unprofessional.. never coming again nor recommending it to anyone
