La Pendulerie, Swiss Chocolate Shop

I visited La Pendulerie two years ago. This clock café had the best cup of Swiss hot chocolate I've ever tasted-so frothy and nutty. I also got a free cookie-that sold it for me! Not sure if they still serve the cookie or let you browse the clocks during this no selling non-essentials period. There were also other beverages, food, and packaged European treats like Swiss chocolate. They also have a website selling all of these and another one for the clocks. It was so relaxing and quiet in the café-there was barely anyone there! Perfect for studying/working/chilling when we’re able to sit in at places again.

Best hot chocolate! With a long and delicious list to choose from, you can't go wrong. Cozy and interesting atmosphere as all sorts of clocks adorn the walls. A great selection of Swiss food products are also available.

This is a lovely little hidden gem of a restaurant on Crescent street in downtown Montreal. A little cafe with a European flare offers various flavours of coffees and hot chocolates along with pastries and a small assortment of sandwiches and soups. Just above De Maisonneuve boulevard, you have to look for it, it's downstairs on Crescent, but once you've found it, you'll be happy you did.

Great place with European style sandwiches,hot dogs and salads. Great coffee as well. Interesting clock collection gives the place personality.

My review is concerning the customer service at the watch department. I went there two times. The first time was to try a Mondaine watch and see if it fits. The service was barely okay. Now the second time I went there was to purchase it, but the same salesperson was borderline rude with me. Let me tell you that I didn't buy the watch from this store and I don't recommend this place at all.

Grilled raclette had nice heat from minced chilis.
