Great store good prices especially when sales are on. Staff are always friendly. We buy our boneless/ skinless chicken here when on sale price can’t be beat and quality is the best.

I like this store because it's convenient for me as it's the only store I pass on my way home from work. The produce is better than the Superstore further down Eagleson (but not as good as the Metro on Hazeldean). My one main complaint is that they don't have a good selection for vegetarian. They have a couple items from Yves but that's about it, not even the most popular things you see in most other stores.

Although it's quite small compared to the other grocery stores of the chain in the area, this store still offers goods at great prices. And I personally think this is one of the best stores for fresh meat in Kanata. You should also note that this store rents blu-rays and DVDs, one of the last stores to do so in the city.

Review is for the meat department: Grumpy older man in bloody white coat (I guess this is the butcher) should be asked to stay in the back so more amiable staff interact with customers.

If you made your carry baskets bigger I would probably spend 20 percent more.
