Shopping in the stores is generally pretty good. More recently though I purchased two dresses online. They sent me the wrong tracking number for Canada Post which showed no movement in my package and when I questioned where my package was with them, they sent me an entirely different tracking number and tried to imply I just didn’t know how to track a package. Laura staff: I order more than enough online to know how to track a package - perhaps owning up to your error would have made this a better experience. Instead I’m pretty turned off giving them any more of my business online or in person, Canadian company or not, which is disappointing.
awesome clothes, quality is high, service is very good and friendly and the prices are reasonable. I always visit this Laura and I’ve never felt disappointed.
