Delicious healthy bowls with really fresh veggies. The Thai bowl is the bomb! I'm avoiding oils, so I got the veggie bowl, also yummy. They can make any bowl vegan & they have vegan soups and cookies! The dining room is very nice and clean, but chilly, so we ate outside on a sunny day. Service is always excellent.
Very excited that the indoor and outdoor seating opened back up! @LaughingPlanet makes a mean comfort bowl! They have their full menu back and have started offering drinks on tap again for you beer and kombucha lovers. For no extra charge LP will make the comfort bowl vegan - rice bean cheese sour cream fresh pico de gallo and an awesome green salsa or so the hubby says . If you get a chance and are in the ‘hood stop by and give it a try. The staff will great you with a positive attitude and help you with your options.
Great place to eat, been coming for many years, since the first store on SE Belmont. Place seems really clean, staff are nice, But at the Vancouver store seems a bit lacking, I always get takeout and the food is great, but this time I dined in house. Food took 27 minutes to get, sauce was so small made me want to dine out, at lease then you get 3 sauces per meal, not this time. I asked for water and never got a water cup, or was told where to find one. So all and all it was not the 5 star place it use to be, and the new Burrito was not very good, all rice and lettuce. Now I still like this place, I just hope it gets better.
I ordered the 2 for $8 tacos and the green dream smoothie online for pickup. The pork one was delicious-10/10, beef could've used some slaw imo as it was pretty skimpy on toppings. The smoothie was $7 and not filled fully so wasnt thrilled about that. Its spicy due to the ginger but I liked it.
Laughing planet can make pretty much any menu item vegan. They have delicious chips, salsa and guacamole. They make 3 hot sauces in house that are all good. The Thai mini burrito is also a great little bite for lunch.Food: 5/5
First time eating here and the vegan options were SO impressive and YUMMY! I had the Harvest Bowl and my husband had the Korean BBQ Bowl with tofu and both were fantastic!! Fresh, quality ingredients! Also, I didn't like the smoothie I got and the cashier replaced it for me customer service 10/10!!! Vegetarian options: Tofu, tempeh, veggies, fruit, etc
The food is okay. Meat servings by default are small. Portion sizes of everything else is big though. Both of us got some stomach issues after eating here a few days ago, so we unfortunately have to stop eating here. Not sure if it was the salsa but we had two different entrees with two different meats. Maybe the beans? Who knows.
Nice and clean with a nice vibe. The food selection is healthy but very reasonably priced. They also serve beer and natural, but delicious fountain soda. We visited mid day so there was plenty of capacity in the surprisingly large dining room.
It’s near impossible to find healthy good tasting food options let alone Gluten free without extra charge. This place is fair pricing and GREAT vibes. Can’t wait to take my kiddos here.
Tucked in a corner of a mini-mall. Service was good. Order at the counter, take a number, gather utensils and napkins.. The food & beverage are brought to the table. Beer was good. The open air atmosphere was nice. The decor is interesting. The Korean Bowl was flavorful. The Bollywood Bowl was also flavorful. Both had a bit of heat. Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options. Parking was fine. May become more difficult in the future if the other 2 business spaces are leased.
