What an absolutely tremendous experience! We popped in here on a recommendation from my friend and I'm SO glad we did! The food and drinks were completely amazing, perfection in every way. My hubs had the fried chicken that was moist and flavorful! I had the steak medallions and they were superb! BUT the best part was the service! These people are amazing and attentive and go beyond expectations to make sure that you're happy, comfortable, and enjoying every moment. And what a breath of fresh air in these Covid {lack of} customer service times we are living in! BRAVO!! We will definitely be back and will share this restaurant as a recommendation to everyone! Thanks for such a great meal and experience!!
Pleasant surprise for a neighborhood bar in Hazel Dell. Nice ambiance, with cloth napkins, fresh flowers on each table was a nice touch. Adds a classy touch to the atmosphere. Servers were friendly. We came for happy hour. The prices were very reasonable and food was nicely presented. From 2-5 daily, the whole restaurant serves happy hour menu but regular prices can be ordered too. We will definitely be back to try the regular menu!
Went here for lunch and got seated right away. This was my first time here and the restaurant itself was super cute. The staff was friendly and the food was really good. I was very hesitant about coming here and not sure why but I would definitely be coming back. I had their special which was the halibut and it was delicious. My husband had their parmesan chicken with risotto and the seared scallops for an appetizer.
This place had been vacant since it was Applebees but it reopened recently under Amaro’s Table. We hadn’t tried their location in downtown Vancouver but we were curious. Had called to get reservations but we arrived early & I tried to call but was still on hold when I walked in. We were told it would be about 15 mins . It didn’t look over ally busy but we waited. There were 3 of us - 2 adults & 1 young adult. We were seated & drink & appetizer order taken. Drinks were delivered & appetizers within the normal anoint of time. Flavor was present in the corn fritters w/dipping sauce & the cheese fondue but the pretzel was the best. Dinner order was taken. Side salad & Cesar salads arrived. Presentation of house salad was gorgeous- - Cesar salad was what was expected could have used more croutons.. House Cheeseburger was okay - Herb Chicken Sandwich had a yummy spread . I enjoyed the house fried chicken - it was a ginormous piece of chicken but the sides were not as enjoying. Too stuffed to get dessert. Overall curiosity was satisfied.
Everything was 5 star. I showed up with a larger party and no reservation and although we would need to wait quit a bit of time, they did their best to seat and accommodate us. Other places would have just said no. The restaurant has a great ambiance. Everything everyone ordered was delicious. And the customer service was excellent from everyone. I would visit again. This time I’ll be sure to make a reservation
Ridiculously good food. At least, what I’ve tried so far. Give the fried chicken sandwich a chance, even if you think it’s not your thing. This sandwich far outranks anything else in its division, truly. Also- the Mac and cheese is heavenly if you’re in the mood for comfort food. Also- how beautiful is this salad!?
Great experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was tasty, and the dining experience was pleasant. Intriguing cocktail from the featured menu; Spring in Bangkok. Very refreshing drink, not sweet or sour, just a great mix of flavors. Prime rib dip very tender, and you must include the fondue as it is amazing. The fried chicken is enough for two, crispy, and the breast meat is juicy.
Amaro’s in downtown is always amazing. We were in Hazel Dell on Saturday and decided to give their other location a try. I had high expectations going in. Just wow! Like really wow! Our food and drinks were amazing. The ambiance was lovely. All of the staff were seriously wonderful. But, the highlight was our server, Anne. Anne is literally the best server I have had anywhere. She went above and beyond over and over. I really can’t put into words how attentive and thoughtful she was. Go there. Hopefully you’ll get to meet her and see how fabulous she is.
Wonderful atmosphere here. The wait staff must have been busy the night we went because it took our waitress nearly 10 minutes to even visit our table and bring menus. The food was great! The fried chicken is indeed different than standard it's a butterflied breast, with their own mix of spices. The salmon was grilled perfectly and the sides were great! Overall the experience was worth our time and dinner. Thanks guys!
This was a great experience. The staff were all super nice. We split the burger with a gluten free bun. They were good enough to split it for us. The burger and fries were really good, but the Brussel sprouts were a show stopper. We talked about them with the dipping sauce even after we were done. As a special bonus, they gave us some complimentary doughnuts. They aren't GF, but my wife eat them and really enjoyed them. The atmosphere is nice, like a classy business lunch.
