Accessibility Standard for Customer Service Plan

The Laughing Buddha is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.



Overview of Policies:
• when there is an event, a support person for a person with a disability will not be charge an extra fee
• allow service animals in all areas that are open to the public
• allow priority seating for groups with a person in a wheelchair on the patio in the summer months
• have delivery to car services available for people who cannot do so
• wheelchair ramp for access to dining room seating
• have large print menus available for people with low vision

We will ensure that our the staff is trained and familiar with various assistive devices we have on site or that we provide that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods
