Great customer service and atmosphere as soon as u walk in. We went for the 1st time def will b going again. 1 thing for sure make sure u go hungry bc they're definitely not stingy on their servings you will either leave full and nap ready or full, to go boxes and nap ready lol. Delicious food. I’m town for business and checked out menu. Upon arriving the restaurant was very busy, I was hoping that was a good sign. I was correct as the food did not disappoint. Good service and enjoyable atmosphere.Recommended dishesFajitas Las Palmas
Mini carnitas tacos and molcajete...perfect. Exceptional flavors and cooked perfectly. Everything was seasoned well even the corn mini tacos. They didn't fall apart. The pico for the molcajete was delightfully spicy but not too much. Staff was on point as well. Wonderful experience, exceeded expectations.Food: 5/5

Food was good, just a very negative vibe with the atmosphere. Signage screams of " hurry up, eat and get out". Oh...and don't sit here, don't touch the plant. The signs state three drink limit in an hour but it doesn't seem like a good suggestion. I don't think pushing a three drinks within an hour is a healthy thing. Maybe just one sign, somewhere saying thank you or have a nice day.
It wasn't horrible but chips was cold and hard, salsa plain, I ordered Lahambras fajitas, same Plain Salsa on top made it watery and No Flavor. Just Being Honest. Mexican is my favorite, so I was disappointed Food: 2/5

My family and decided to visit Las Palmas in their newest location. We have not been to their restaurant since they moved down the street. We are so happy we did. I was barely able to tell the conversion of the old Ruby Tuesdays. It was such a wonderful change over. The interior was warm and inviting despite the COVID19 restrictions. The restaurant was immaculately clean. We were warmly greeted by both the hostess and our server. Our young man was awesome. I never did get his name. I ordered the San Diego which was chili rellenos with rice and beans. The chilis were coated lightly and filled with good amounts of queso. The beans were smooth and the flavor was delightful. It brought back memories of eating in small town cafes in NM. The dish was excellent. We also ordered the Tacos De Carne Asada which came as a build your own. The meat had a slightly smoked flavored. It really was multiple layers of flavor. The pico was fresh. I felt it needed a little more onion and heat; however, it was just right for a person that like a little less heat. It came with fresh avocado, beans and other goodies. I would really suggest it. My partner in crime had the Steak mini tacos which had the same meat. You get plenty of meat in the four small 4-5 in" tortillas. They come with grilled onions and a side of Charro beans. The Charro beans were my favorite part of the dish. So many layers of flavor from the beans to the bacon and onion. It supposed to be used as the sauce in the mini taco, I was eating out of the bowl with a spoon. We also had a cheeseburger and an order of mac&cheese for the children. I think they were okay as they were downed pretty quick and I got the normal kid answer of "meh" when I asked them their teenage thoughts . During our entire service, our server was on the spot. His customer service skills were above par despite the fact he was having to wear a face mask and gloves. His service skills are top shelf. I would highly recommend visiting Las Palmas in the near future. I know I will as I want to try everything on the menu. Give it a go. It is off the Chain!!
Surprised how great this place was!! Friendly service, clean atmosphere and the food was beyond better than most Mexican restaurants. Can't wait to return....
