Brought in a purse to fix the loop for the handle. He did just that but the craftsmanship was quite poor and it looks nothing like the other loops on my bag. Wouldn't recommend if you want a pretty outcome. Was cheap and fast though.
omg it is so rude. I just came in and did nothing but the old man spoke to me with dirty words. If you want to have a bad day, come to this store and you won‘t be disappointed. I asked for key cut and after three times he told me he could not did it
The old man is rude, but it is ok as long as he can have his work done perfectly. However, none of the keys I asked him to copy work. It just wasted my time and money. Never go to this shop.
Owner is a rude old man! He will scold, belittle and yell at all his customers. I'm surprised he's still in business or that anyone even goes to him. He deserves to go out of business
The store is very run down. The old man was very rude and got very defensive when I said it was too expensive and decided not to repair at his place. He was mumbling about "I will remember you and will charge you more if you come back." Yea totally going to come back after your threat, very good business practice.
