Is there a rating lower than one ? Seriously ? I called to get some brake pads done generally i do all my own work but it's winter and im lazy right now . So since this place never seems too busy i gave them a call figured id get an oil change while i was there i was informed by whoever answered the phone that they dont install parts they dont supply really ? I guess its hard to put that big mark up on parts a customer brings in isnt it ? Plus i can guarantee the parts i have are better than anything they would supply. Really bad way to do business no wonder there never busy there. Thankfully there competition had no such qualms . I think these people failed business 101 . I would think twice about getting work down at this kind of shop they are obviously placing huge mark ups on there parts that is the only reason for them to outright refuse to install customer purchased parts. If you get work done here or any shop for that matter be smart call around see what the parts would cost if you bought them yourself call shur fit carquest etc then compare what they charge then ask why the huge mark up and remember if you are quoted $50 for a set of brake pads at say carquest the shop that is doing the work will get them cheaper say $35 or $40 there is ALWAYS a mark up on parts ask about it dont get robbed blind .

I moved in Saint-John in 2009.....this place was referred by my cousin....never went to another mechanic..... service excellent, waiting room is very clean....no bs with them...owner is always there to answer your questions....
