Rude, unprofessional, poor customer service & workmanship, kept postponing the date to return my vehicle, and surprise charges.. (charges for things they NEVER mentioned at the beginning) When I approached the owner Randy about the surprise charges, he turned a ugly face and yelled at me "Leave my shop and I don't want to deal with you again!" REALLY?! You think I want to deal with you again after what you had put me through, Randy? Also, their work was so bad, and I had to go to another shop and redo the job from scratch. What a hell of a time from them!!! Never again! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone I know. But go right ahead if you want a nightmare and the WORST body shop in town!

These guys are SO horrible. I needed some rust cut out and new metal welded in as well as a whole paint job. They took 3 and half weeks to do the work when they said that it would be done in 5 days. The excuse they used was that their welder was broken and they couldn't weld in new metal. Well when I finally got my car from them the paint looked absolutely terrible. Orange peel, fish eyes, drips... you name it. I brought it back to them explaining politely that I wasn't happy with the job. The owner came out and yelled and cursed at me. At one point he told me to "get the F#%# off his property" and "what did you expect, a Cadillac paint job?!?". About 2 months down the road the problem areas started bubbling through so I took it to a different body shop. They found that Fender Mender just bondo'd over the rust and didn't replace any metal at all. Don't even think about going to these guys.
