One star is generous, there should be a no star option. I had John serve me and he was completely rude and disrespectful, as someone that represents a business he should not be working especially with having a job in costumer service. Because of this I will not be returning.

Wonderful staff, very professional, friendly and clean facilities; however, please bring films for intellectual adults in FSJ. Movies of the ilk of those that the Fort St. John Film Society brings to us.

One star is still to much... Tonight I was sold tickets after the theatre was full and no more seats were avaliable! Then asked an employee to check and see if there were seats around but said "there are some, but people are saving them" of course that's fine. Went to get a refund for tickets and was told by another employee that there were seats available but my family had to sit in a different seat in the theatre. No? I came here with my family to see this movie, why would I wanna sit beside a stranger. All in all not a good experience :(

Theatre too hot. Dumb idea to have same line for food and tickets. After purchasing tickets from machine we get had to line up in long line up for tickets and food. Great way to pass off customers.
