We did a major, whole house remodel that lasted six months. We are so happy we chose Lakeville. We interviewed an architect and another design-build firm as well. Lakeville had the best reference checks and we just had a better personality fit with them than the other firms. They did a great job in listening to us and understanding what we wanted to accomplish within our budget. During the process they also came up with great ideas and were very easy to communicate with. We did have weekly meetings at the house throughout the project (which I recommend) so the build team could ask us questions and vice versa. We have recommended Lakeville to friends and will continue to do so. Remodeling is a big and sometimes scary adventure and I am still so happy about how smoothly it all went.
