After 23+ years in our apartment, we knew it was time for a kitchen re-do. As we are Seattle "odd-birds" in that we cook and don't do take out, we needed something easy to clean yet modern. Alex & Armada did a great design, they helped with the finishing touches and their crew installed it beautifully. And there were no hidden charges. I would use them again. Highly recommended to friends and family!

Armada's service leaves you with a smile. It's a rare quality to find a contractor who listens, is reliable, delivers impeccable work, and conscientious of your budget. Misha & his team are terrific for small & major renovations which I hired for both projects. I did minor painting/buffing floors/other cosmetic work before I moved. He was very efficient and completed work quickly. 6 months later post move, I hired again for a kitchen renovation including new cabinets/appliances/electrical. They are trustworthy with your keys & respectful of your property. Both projects, he got along well with building super & followed coop rules. I'm still happy every time I open my door to my beautiful place.

Used Armada to remodel our kitchen. It came in under budget and how often do you hear that on a construction project? We had interviewed about 6 or 7 different contractors (a couple of independent, a couple of design/build, a couple of vertically integrated companies) and felt that Armada Design & Build had the right amount of expertise, communication and flexibility to work with us. And we were right! Armada redid and created a beautiful kitchen remodel and we knew what was going on with our project, and we were able to do some of the work ourselves!

Rude and unprofessional.. My HOA had previously worked with Ryan from Armada and was going to hire him to repair water damage in our unit. When I spoke with him over the phone he was extremely rude and dismissive from the very first conversation we had. He didn't hear any of the few questions I had about the process and expected timeline for the repairs. Instead he spoke to me in a demeaning tone and kept repeating the same thing over and over again instead of hearing what I'm asking and attempting to provide an answer. He insisted on coming out to evaluate the job twice before scheduling a day to get started on repairs and gave a two day window when he might stop by to do his second evaluation. When he showed up to the unit Friday afternoon without advanced notice and the onsite manager was not answering his phone to provide access, Ryan stated that he's not sure he wants to do this job anymore and he won't be able to finish it in 7 to 10 days anyway - something I had asked about at the very beginning. Then he hung up on me. The timeline for the job was a pressing question for me as a family member is scheduled for upcoming surgery and we were hoping to at least have the drywall patched up by then. Realistically, for me, this is a blessing in disguise, since Ryan would have clearly been very difficult to work with and god forbid I had questions or issues with their work - I can only imagine the frustration I'd be dealing with when trying to communicate with him about them. It's just unfortunate that we ended up wasting nearly a week as a result of this. Bottomline, if Ryan this is best foot that this company has to put forward when dealing with customers, I doubt they'll be in business much longer. Don't bother wasting your time with them.

Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.
