Avoid this contractor. We hired them to fix tresses and to level our mobile home on Long Lake. The owner appeared knowledgeable. We also considered doing a "roof over" and had other estimates. We agreed to terms or so I thought. The owner sent his son to do the work. He did not have materials and showed up at 11. He left at 3. I questioned why he did not level the trailer before fixing the tresses. He said it would not matter. He said he would return the next day to completd the work. It was going to storm so I asked if he wanted help putting the pardical board inside. He said it would be fine to cover it since he had to go. I moved all the pieces inside by myself. I was unable to be there the following day. They level was fine buthe did not finish the room inside. He had to hire another contractor to finsh who stated the obvious that the leveling should have been done firsr! The owner would not return any calls or emails. DO NOT USE!!!

In 2009 we replaced the roof on our home, Lakeview Residential Builders completed the Job in a timely manner, but within days we developed a leak, in our newly finished living room, the leak damaged some of the flooring and made a couple soft spots in the plaster on the walll where it ran down to, we have cathederal ceilings in the living room which left very little area to be concealed by the damage to the trim and floor, The owner came out looked at the floor order new flooring and said he would be back to fix the job, the roof was repaired around the chimney. and was told that it should fix the problem, I have since tried to call them since 2009 due to the roof still leaking and more damage to the ceiling, and flooring. without any call back. however we consulted another contractor as per our attorneys advice and are now in the process of locating the owner so that we can bring legal action against them. the new contractor advised us the the roof around the chimney was not repaired correctly, and that the roof should have had a vent system put in, ridge vent to be exact. due to the neglect of the original contractor we are looking at a total cost of around $11,000 dollars to replace the roof and repair the damage to the rafters and ceiling and flooring.. please think twice about this company, the last time we tried to contact them was about a month ago to get an answer on the warranty of their roof with no call back...
