I was having issues with my heat pump and I called Dave's Heating & Cooling on a recommendation. They were very quick at coming to assess and fix the issue. Communication with the company was fantastic, and the staff is so friendly. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Our furnace quit on Sunday. We called Dave's Monday morning to setup an appointment to inspect the old furnace. He advised us to replace it because of its age. We got a quote soon after and it was in and running by Wednesday afternoon. The guys were professional, fast and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended! Thanks!

We were experiencing difficulty with our upstairs baseboard water heating system. Dave's sent over a young Tech who quickly discovered the problem. Parts needed to be ordered. Our system was constructed a little different than he had experienced before so when the parts came in he arrived back with a Senior Tech and the job was done perfectly. The Office Manager called several times to keep me updated on the parts. All staff are polite and professional. I would recommend Dave's to anyone. They give you the feeling your satisfaction is top priority.

I am so pleased to deal with Dave's Heating & Cooling. Their service people have all been pleasant, clean, efficient, on time respectful and honest. Office staff are great as well! They actually answer their phones and are knowledgeable and organized. We try to support local but if they don't answer their phones or return my calls when messages are left I feel they obviously don't want or need our business, and this has occurred with 2 other similar businesses.

I purchased a new furnace and heat pump. The HVAC technicians were professional, clean and considerate. There was a problem with the sound coming from the heat pump, and although there was some discussion with the office, the problem was resolved. Dave's heating made sure I was happy at a cost to him. As Seniors with a dead furnace in mid winter, we were pretty traumatized. Everyone at Dave’s dealt with us kindly, efficiently and professionally. New furnace in within two days. Every single employee treated us with such concern and respect. Would recommend them to anyone without a qualm.

We had them quote and then install a heat pump at considerable investment and they did so with helping us understand all the steps to get the very generous government rebate. Dave’s team just installed a boiler. Very friendly installer. Quick and efficient. They also clean up very well once work is done. I would not hesitate to have them again and highly recommend them.
