Lakeview Gluten Free Bakery

Ordered a couple of gluten-free sourdough loaves to make spinach dip with and was so happy with the bread! My family can enjoy an old favourite recipe again! Would definitely buy again.

I called Lakeview about a week ago.nI was inquiring about getting a small cake. The lady I spoke with emailed me the cake types,nSizes, fillings etc. I was ordering a birthday cake for myself. One of the fillings was strawberry rhubarb. I was curious if they could do just strawberry without the rhubarb and they said they couldn’t however they could use whipped cream with cut up fresh strawberries as an alternative.nI said that’s great but in addition to needing a gluten free cake it had to be dairy free. The lady immediately said they have dairy free whippednCream. I picked up the cake yesterday as mynBirthday is today. We had some tonight and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best cakes I’ve had, and especially with my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend. The icing was the perfect sweetness. Also love their breads. This placenIs officially my go to!

My first time at a GF bakery since being diagnosed with celiac and I was amazed at the variety available. Everything I could think of wanting, it was hard to choose what to buy! Everything I did get was delicious and I already want to go back. Also they sell a lot of GF pantry products from brands that are hard to find!

Amazing selection of cakes and pastries! I received a birthday cake in August and was blown away by how delicious it was. I finally made it back today to grab a selection of treats and they were all so tasty, no one would know they are gluten free. I'll certainly be buying more in the future.

The carrot cake cupcake was absolutelyndevine!!!!! So moist and hands down the best gf cake I've had to date! Also the butter tart was delicious too!
