I was VERY happy with this clinic. Until today when I got a call stating they are no longer allowing patients on ODSP to use them. Bad practice. Thanks...you’ve lost two clients now...my partner will no longer use you as well...and he’s not on ODSP. And I’ll let others in my neighbourhood know this.
This place is great! I have been to a few different dentists in the last couple of years and can honestly say this place is what I’ve been searching for. Great caring staff, very fare prices and a very clean and freshly renovated facility! I would recommend it anyone that is looking to upgrade their dental standards!
My family have been patients of Dr. Patel for over 18yrs. I can truly say that he is an absolutely wonderful dentist! Dr. Patel and his remarkable staff are genuinely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and put patient care and quality first. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a long term family dentist.
Brutal. Terrible dentist during terrible times.
I am petrified of dentists, doctors. Had not seen a dentist in 20 years. Needed a filling. Dr. Patel is the best. He is the most gentle, calming dentist on the planet! Recommend highly. Everyone at this location follows his lead on customer service!
Best dentist ever! He is fair and affordable. I am an international student and i appreciated that not only is he an excellent dentist, he is not about sales, he is about understanding patient needs. He doesn't need to offer free whitening or electric tooth brushes to convince people to see him. I'm so glad , i found this dentist.
Very good dentist. Explains everything to you, what he's going to do. Office staff excellent.
