Dentistry On the Q

Very poor customer service.Receptionists do not speak proper english and no one can answer a dental question.

I'm a longtime patient-customer. Overall excellent dentistry. Lulu and Dr. Hernandez are excellent. Today, an administrative staff member who was not wearing a mask tried to charge me $15 for PPE. Not cool.

Great attention to the safety of both client and staff! Service as friendly and personal as usual! I was extremely satisfied with my experience today.

Recently had my cleaning done with Julia. The booking process was very easy and the front desk was more than welcoming. They made sure my needs were all met and Julia made my cleaning experience very relaxing and easy. She also gave me a lot of knowledge to keep my hygiene in check!

Highly recommend Dentistry on the Q. All staff are professional, friendly and always smiling. Pleasant atmosphere, clean and very little waiting. I have been a client for many years and they are also fantastic with my kids. Outstanding service.
