Ordered a Strike master auger online. When it arrived it was an open box unit. It came with 2 batteries. One was fully charged and one half charged. I emailed them asking why they would send me an open box item and they said it was new. They open the box to charge the battery..., so I asked why they would do that and why if they were charging the battery for me would they not charge both of them? It also didn't come with an English user manu or warranty card. I asked them to at least send me an English user manual and warranty card but got no response.nThe box was clearly opened and retaped with fiberglass tape. Good thing it wasn't a gift for someone.

They never heard of a pickerel rig, and don't sell worms or leeches. Great stock of high end rods, reels and lures, but don't have inexpensive basics. Can tire had them.

I came in here barely being able to distinguish a rod from a pole. fortunately I was greeted by a nice young nice young man by the name of Tyler. In spite of his youthful appearance he was wise beyond his years when it came to his knowledge of all things fishing, most importantly being what is required to catch them on a frequent basis- of which was necessary so as to justify to my partner the large sum of money I spent on new fishing gear. thanks to his guidance I will now finally be able to land a marine faring creature that isn't caught by a harpoon and a $2 tequila special at the local college bar - the knowledge and expertise of which i would most certainly share with Tyler should be ever so choose in the future. would highly recommend this establishment for the helpful and knowledgeable staff!
