Lake of the Woods(LOTW) Sports Headquarters

This store, where to start! I highly recommend this store. This staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The product is top of the line! They set me up with a perfect rod and reel! There is so much product to choose from, this is a great store for all your fishing needs! I promise!

Upon randomly coming across LOTW Sports Headquarters website only during a Black Friday sale I purchased a jacket which was shipped off the very following day and delivered to me in a very timely manner. The jacket I purchased ended up being too large and while they did not have a smaller size available in their online store, their team ended up finding one in one of their retail stores which they immediately set aside for me and helped me exchange it free of any shipping charges in a very timely manner. It was a very smooth experience for me and I everyone I've contacting via email during the process was awesome and eager to help. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. -Hunter

I've never been in person as I'm in Parry Sound but I order 3-4 times per year. Amazing customer service on my first experience is what kept me coming back and now again on my last order is why I'm writing the review. I presume there's a lot of pride in working there because every single person I've dealt with goes above and beyond. I've ordered everything from ice augers to lures to livescope bundles and the experience is always great. Shipping times vary from good to did they discover time travel?! Last year I ordered a Strikemaster auger Dec. 23 and received it the next day fully expecting it after New Years sometime. It's all good with LOTWSH. It's a 2.5hr round trip for me to get to an outdoors store so I'll keep purchasing from here and keep being happy.

Excellent selection of fishing rods, outerwear and tackle for competitive prices and you can sometimes score a great deal if you find your favourite rod on sale. Nice little store to kill an hour in looking at all the fishing goodies available for every fish species in Lake of the Woods and the surrounding area. Excellent customer service. Will visit again.

The folks at this store are awesome. Shipping is quick and free. Easy to make changes. Great spot to stop in or shop online.

I phoned to ask about a specific part of a Coleman lantern that we needed for one of our facilities, the mantle for Coleman lanterns. Before I was able to complete the sentence, the man snapped at me , we don't carry any Coleman products .

I live 2000 kms away, and was treated like I lived next door. Outstanding customer service! I needed to place a online order, but had a few questions first. They answered their phone during peak holiday hours, and were beyond helpful. Service level continued after the sale as well, very impressed all around! Far superior than your "big name" company's, I'll be a returning customer without question

Excellent yet again; love going to LOTW when we are in Kenora from Dryden. Lots of stuff to chose from from various companies; you will not go out of there empty handed.! Ordered a couple St Croix rods over the winter and they threw in a camo LOTW ball cap; awesome! Gotta love the smeltinator jigs and now with the underspin! bring on the bass! You will not be disappointed here..well maybe with the small parking lot but that's it!

Fantastic fishing store. Tons of amazing products packed into a small space. They carry items you won't find in most other sporting goods stores. Awesome staff.
