Lake of the Woods Campground

Clean campground with friendly staff and guests. Good food at the restaurant with very reasonable prices. Our site didn't have much shade, but we reserved it very late. The fishing was a bit disappointing, but that will only improve as they continue to develop the fishery. We'll be back!

We enjoyed ourselves so much when we stayed for the weekend!! Such a great place for the kids and adults!

I have been camping here since the Summer of 1999 ,just wish the manager Sue S. Still owned it. !! It is just not the same since it went Corporate????? Everybody knows it and feels the difference ! Just not the same , it is Very Hard on Sue and it is sad............All of us still here are try'n not to do Anything wrong so we dont get Corporate made toware they kick us out. After this they will probably kick me out !!!

Love this campground! The sites are very large compared to other campground. The resort does have some older amenities but the new management is working hard to make improvements each year. We feel comfortable here and it has everything you could want, pool, pond, activities, playground for the kids, miniature golf, outdoor movies, kayaking, canoes, paddleboats, entertainment on holiday weekends and themed weekends all summer. The staff is more than helpful and kind! That is something that is a rare thing with other campgrounds. After searching for 2 years for a seasonal site, we decided on Lake of the Woods and have not regretted it. A great place for everyone to enjoy!

There is both a pool and a pond which is nice if you like swimming in lakes versus a pool or vice versa.
