In my opinion, I have many different Star Ratings I would like to share. 5 Stars for being seen right away in the Emergency Room. 5 Stars to the ladies at the front desk of the Emergency Room at night for friendliness and for being compassionate and caring. 5 Stars to the Main hospital for cleanliness and friendliness. 5 Stars to the Outpatient Imaging Department for being timely and friendly. 5 Stars to Medical Records for also being timely, friendly, organized and very willing to help. 5 Stars to the Registration Department 5 Stars to all the wonderful volunteers. 1 Star for the way some of the emergency room nurses won't listen to what your trying to explain, (numerous occasions for my whole family), and for when they assume people want something they don't. I give a big Zero Star for the two separate occasions when 2 of my children were discharged from the Emergency Room, one we drove right away to another hospital and received treatment, the second I drove to another hospital 2 hours later for emergency surgery due to a hemorrhage bleed from a tonsillectomy 12 days post (did not have any surgery's there.) I do not feel that the ER Dr's there are qualified to treat children. Again, this is just my opinion.

I had a surgical procedure at your facility and was very impressed by the professionalism of your entire staff from greeter to admitting to prep and RN s and technical staff. the friendliness of your staff made what might have been an unpleasant experience very pleasant. Having worked in the Medical community in Southern California I am very observant of procedures and this facility is certainly top notch. Thank you for your attention to patient comfort and satisfaction.

This is the biggest joke of a "hospital" I have ever encountered. In multiple situations in which loved ones have been patients at this hospital, they have received such inadequate care I cannot believe they're allowed to remain open. I have escalated the issues within their facility and requested followup which has not been received. In the unfortunate case that you or a loved one needs care from a hospital, I hope you don't end up here.

We had a fabulous experience last night when taking our eight year old to your facility. We were greeted upon entry and cared for promptly (on a Friday night). Each and every nursing staff member we came in contact with was personable and interacted with our child. Radiology was great with including us and letting us know what to expect from their end. The PA made my daughter comfortable and well as her parents😉 I give the house keeping crew a high-five for cleanliness. A special thank you to Dr. Lee for coming in to re-set the extremity in question and/or to the staff member who was able to talk him into this. Your combined efforts do not go unnoticed. I work in healthcare, I have previously worked for your facility while pregnant with the patient being discussed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! She was playing soccer today 🙈 and back to being a kid within 10 hours upon discharge.

I went there Wednesday for out patient surgery on my leg and ankle. The staff and nurses were so friendly and beyond helpful. Thank you for being so kind.
