Went to my very first class today and I was blown away. I didn't know a single thing about this workout but the trainers were so patient and kind. The studio is so beautiful too, felt so fancy!!I really felt welcomed there and I honestly can't wait to go back. Friendly staff and a great workout
I lack motivation when it comes to the gym because I don’t have a structured workout. With Lagree I get a killer workout in only 45 minutes that has gotten me into my strongest and best shape in only 2 months! Small class sizes and hands on instructors make it feel like personal training class but much cheaper! Amazing and caring instructors, beautiful locations. Couldn’t recommend more!
Top quality workouts with knowledgable, friendly instructors! I have been going for a couple of years now and the workouts never get easier but they def make you stronger. It’s been helpful cross training for outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
I need to exercise to strengthen my knees especially but I get overwhelmed in a gym full of equipment that require me to know how to use them appropriately and safely. I cannot afford a personal trainer and that’s when I heard about Lagree at Signal Hill in 2018 and I haven’t regretted it. I love the skill, expertise and guidance of all the coaches even though I have a couple of my favourites. I have improved on my balance, strength esp in my knees and more importantly I now like to exercise and does not feel overwhelmed or intimidated of being in an exercise class/ group.
I love lagree! It’s changed my body - I used to get back pains from sitting at a desk all day, and it’s eliminated any and all back soreness. My posture has improved, and I feel stronger overall, while my core looks and feels tight. I recommend these classes to everyone!
