Absolutely loved HotShop Varsity! I think I tried all the types of classes and they never disappointed. The instructors as well as the front desk are all wonderful and very friendly! I must say Brayden was extra special and his jokes in class always left a smile on our faces AND I always looked forward to the end where he placed the cold towels directly on your head... best part ever!
This is an awesome spin/yoga studio! The staff are friendly, the equipment is high quality and very clean. I love doing a high energy spin class and then grounding in a hot yoga class. Honestly this is a workout combo that REALLY complements each other. Highly recommend!
I’m currently doing their introductory offer - $50 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes which is such a steal! I love that you get access to all classes at all locations. So far I’ve taken classes at this NW location and the Silverado one, and both have been such welcoming and positive spaces. I’ve taken classes with Sean, Gillian, and Amanda, and while each have their own ways of leading their classes, they all share the same positive and motivating but kind energy! I’m sure the other trainers are the same way and I’m excited to take more classes
I have only been coming to Hot Shop for about 5 months now, but I have enjoyed every class. They really do strive to make it a welcoming environment right from your the first step in the door. There are other yoga studios closer to my home, but I prefer the energy I feel at Hot Shop. All the instructors have been wonderful!
Kelsey was an amazing instructor! She was motivating and also reassuring. For a beginner I didn't feel out of place or uncomfortable at all in her class. I appreciated all the reminders to pay attention to my body and what my limits are. 10/10 would attend again!
