omg it was so nice to go here. i know a lot of people have a problem with the employees not coming up to you and speaking with you but i like it, it makes me feel comfortable. the clothes were so cute but i wish they had short sleeved tops instead of just tank tops. also the jewelry is so pretty and i would recommend getting it! they’re so cheap and cute :

No Line! A much larger store than Toronto endured a 2 hr line in Toronto. The staff doesn’t interact with the clients, so if you are looking for a solitary shopping experience, this is your place!! I guess it’s the new Boujee experience!!! To be honest, the prices aren’t horrible. Is it worth it? Well I guess it depends, are you are a 15-19 yr old girl? Experiences will vary.

the worst experience i have ever had in a store. the manager was so rude and accused me of stealing after tell her many times she can look and my pockets and i’m not stealing she then replied with “if the shoe fits”. over all she was so rude and my friends had a terrible experience with her too after she ran into them multiple times and as one of my friends put her clothes down to simple look at the clothes right nexts to her the manager took the clothes and ran into her. This manager doesn’t deserve the roll she has an over all was a terrible person who should not be running the store nor should she be allowed to work there. worst experience.

Yes I had to wait in a line for 40 mins but IT’S SO WORTH IT! The store is SO BIG and they have SO MUCH STUFF! The girls were also really nice and they were playing some BOPS! space song, you know it, we’ll be alright

me and my friend were shopping and we notice 2 workers following us. we were trying to buy items but these workers wouldnt stop following us. it was very disturbing and i was very scared. please stop following people because we are immigrants. i am very disappointed and i expected better from you.

In terms of COVID guidelines in place for this location, I was pretty pleased. I did have to wait in line but it was nowhere near as long as the line was in Toronto; I attribute this to them having someone monitoring the entrance and letting people in as groups exited, as well as not imposing a time limit. There was also a lot of space when I got inside so you don’t have to worry about getting too close to other shoppers. As far as selection goes, it wasn’t as exciting as the Toronto location but they did have a lot of cute stuff. My experience with the cashier wasn’t stellar but it was acceptable lol.

worst employees ever. there was this girl who gave me an up and down look for asking if there was another colour for the item i wanted and she was trying on clothes instead of doing her job in the dressing room.

They don’t prioritize clients. On Boxing Day, they decide to not deal with cabins. People can’t try. They just closed it up and say sorry for the inconvenience. Without appropriate reason because they are visibly fine to be used. Consumers should not value a store that don’t value them.

If you like to be left alone while shopping, this is the perfect store for you. Nobody said hi to me, nobody checked if I needed anything, they were no customer service whatsoever. There were two girls, they weren’t even working. They were too busy talking about boys. The clothes are cute and I have a medium sized body and I was shocked that they fit.

I was being followed the whole time, they though we were stealing for no reason i spoke in another language and they made assumptions about us that we’re gonna steal. I am sick of the stereotypes about immigrant people!!!!! Never coming here again.
