SO wonderfully helpful! When a competitor tells you to come to this place, you listen. And when your regular Pharmacy raves about this place, they are justified in doing so.
John is perhaps the best pharmacist I have every had the pleasure to meet. I had to get travel shots with my son. After finding no useful service in Red Deer, I contacted John, and he was able to get everything set up very quickly. He took my insurance plan, directed billed everything, and gave us our vaccination records. We just showed up, and everything was taken care of. He was professional and caring in his administration of the shots we had to get. He made sure we were okay with our needles, and he took the time to explain everything. His email and phone communication was quick and clear, and he follows up with any necessary details. I highly recommend John and his pharmacy. Excellent.
John the pharmacist is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He does refills and new prescriptions very fast and will talk you through your medications to make sure you understand the possible side effects and how to mitigate them should they occur. He is always happy to see me and I'm always happy to see him. He has even changed my dosage because I am on the smaller side and knew the prescribed amount would be too much for me. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to.
The pharmacist, John, is one of the kindest people I've met! He truly goes out of his way to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Came in for a vaccine and felt right at ease and had some great conversation! We need more people in the world providing great experiences like this!

The best pharmacy in Lacombe! John is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain to you everything about your medications and will answer all your questions. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!
This pharmacy is a hidden gem. They do travel assessments and vaccines with no wait times and have great advice about the vaccinations and how to prepare for a trip. John and David are knowledgeable and great to talk to. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.
