OMG a prime example of corrupt inept clueless government! The State needs to audit and prosecute these people! Two years I have had to deal with these people to get help for my destitute mother who is home bound and has Alzheimer's/Dementia. They go out of their way to make up stuff to disqualify you! Just yesterday the state aging waiver program social worker came to my house to tell us we have been approved and are finally awaiting a coordinator. Today I get a packet from these people telling me they do not have any of the paperwork and I must send them everything within a week or be disqualified! What is wrong with these people? You do not get to a home visit unless these people have already received all the information they are requesting! Oh and good luck trying to call them! Don't be surprised if after you finally get through, they just hang up on you! Hey Governor Wolf, you want to save money? Fire these folks,!

You. Have to listen to the prompts I believe it's option 4 or 5 to. Speak to someone's you have no problem. They will help and if you need to separate your worker they will send a message and someone's will get back to you. Be patient and kind it's hard but u will get better results

Hostile and rude workers. I was denied medical immediately and all assistance quickly after. This office has changed from my first visit last November. It's going downhill. Unfairness and unjust treatment for those who need it most. I was disgusted and discouraged to see a lady with child in front of me get turned away and told they will be seen with appointment only. She rushed off in tears.
