La Vache Folle

We begin with the Atmosphere as we walk in. The music level is far too loud for the size of the restaurant. The lighting was dimmed but it was nice, the overall cleanliness was fair. However, the volume at which we had to communicate was far too high. From the servers who are forced to speak really loudly otherwise they won't ve heard over the music. The service seemed good, at first. Was asked to keep my seating for the whole evening, which is understandable, but then the orders were being delivered wrong. We got the order from a different table. At one point, there was even a hair in my meal. "A HAIR". Let that sink in. Finally, the food. Although the quality of the food felt okay, I feel like the food was cold, the amount was too little for what we paid for. Not only that, but about 3/4 of the things I asked for could not be delivered because of a recent change in menu, unannounced. It reflects poorly on the outcome of the products being offered and offering. The restaurant is trying to go for a High End vibe but lacks the quality of the sound to offer a relaxing vibe. It has a club vibe going for it rather than a High end restaurant. Their drinks feel diluted and their prices are over the top. The servers try to do their best, but they have too many staff on site to explain all the mistakes and lack of menu options available. Once I returned my food, they ended up bringing back a new plate, but this one was finally warm. I'm unsure what they're trying to do because it's too packed and mostly by the employees of the place.
