I am so glad that such an authentic italian restaurant is just blocks away from my house. The foods are superb!! The atmosphere this restaurant is so classic so that we can feel another level of comfort.

This is our go to place. For past 3 visit our experience is worse than the other. We are served in a hurry. It's like churning people out. We are given hardly any choice of Vegetarian food. We are asked to hold back meat/fish/ chicken for the dish on the menu but we are charged the same! They have discontinued serving Flatbread  so we are told now it is just one dish left. Their potatoes are fried in the fryer with other animal Meats. Even other dishes have chicken broth ! It's frustrating to explain 30 things to avoid just to get a decent pasta dish. We love the location. Restaurant and most servers. But when we put the whole experience together we are getting disappointed for past few visits. Hope the managers look into the issue so we can visit the place once in a while.  Vegetarian options: Just one dish left which we can order and that too is not made well as they used to in this location and Lagrange location

We came here for a birthday dinner. Made a reservation prior and were seated as soon as we walked in. Drinks were great, special shout-out to Lemon Blossom. I got the burrata with roasted brussel sprouts and thought the brussel sprouts needed more flavor. It tasted a bit bland. The veg rigatoni pasta was delicious! Worth coming back for it again. For dessert, we got the goats cheese panna cotta with red-wine pear and loved it! Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend this place for a date night.

The bruschetta was phenomenal! My lasagna was phenomenal. The ravioli were ok per the spouse. The banana bread pudding was fantastic. So, so, good.  The tables are just a little small and it was a lot to arrange on a small table. Staff was nice. They checked in quickly and didn't hover, which I appreciated. Nice place- I would come back.

Great service, even with large parties. We had over twenty people and I was the latest arrival. They had all the meals out on time and brought mine out to me separately from the rest of the group so my meal was still hot when I arrived. The staff is friendly and engaging and really made everyone feel welcome.  Overall great service. The pork loin was particularly delicious.

Wow. I can’t believe this restaurant group also owns Fat Rosie’s, Vasili’s, and the newly opened Zade’s Lounge in Naperville. I can only hope this restaurant is their training ground for new staff or something because the quality of food here is so far from those other restaurants in the Group that it’s ruining my view of those other great restaurants.  The food is horrible, really horrible. There is nothing authentic about it unless you count dumping canned tomato sauce on everything as “authentic”. They even dumped tomato sauce on mushroom ravioli - yes, mushroom ravioli with “light cream sauce” on their special “ravioli menu” came out covered in red tomato sauce. When it came out, I asked two times to double check - are you sure this is the mushroom ravioli?? But since the service is also understaffed and ridiculously slow, you don’t want to question it TOO much because the risk is having to go another hour waiting for food.  Luckily our toddler isn’t picky at all about pasta so someone still ate it.  Salmon was so dry it was about to turn into jerky.  Partner’s pasta primavera made his stomach turn, and this guy is usually a garbage disposal whose stomach can tolerate almost anything.  I did feel bad for our waiter, cuz while he wasn’t attentive at all, he was clearly overwhelmed with tables. The runners did a good job picking up the slack and if not for them I don’t think we would have gotten any food, ever. No idea why, during a tough economic time post-Covid, all the other area restaurants can maintain staff but not this restaurant?  All I can think of is something is extra rotten about this restaurant despite being in the same group as so many good ones.

Excellent food I had the Ravioli di Gamberi, delicious!, very good service, long wine list with good choices.  I highly recommend it.

Celebrated a dear friend's birthday tonight and had the most extraordinary experience! Food was beyond delicious & well presented. Enjoyed our server who constantly anticipated our every desire making the evening very special. Great support staff as well. Thank you, Elizabeth! Great night out! Treat yourself to the tiramisu!

Went to dinner for a special occasion with my girlfriend and I must say it was a great experience. The building alone looks rich in history, making the visit that much better. The food and portions were excellent. The wine list is extensive. The staff were very attentive and genuinely helpful. Overall our experience at this location was above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Thanks to the staff for an enjoyable date night. A++

My buddy and I decided to stop in for a quick bite for lunch. We both agreed the food was really great! The service was excellent, everyone greeted us with a smile. We will be back for sure. Keep up the great work to all the staff.
