Met with Jenelle to discuss my four house insurance policies 5 1/2 weeks before renewal. Told her that I was leaving for vacation Feb. 4-28. She told me that I would get the quotes on Jan. 30/31. I received nothing and left a voicemail on Feb. 2. On Feb. 3 10 am, still nothing. Was told she wasn't in. After several calls to their few offices to track down someone who can help, I got a call at 2:00 pm from Jenelle apologizing as she did not have any of my contact info, so she couldn't reach me. Hmmm, she had my original policy, with my full name and address and she had no way of reaching me? She tied my hands with leaving me with only 3 hours to meet with another agency before March 1 renewal. I guess I'll be dealing with my insurance policies while on my first vacation in four years, all because Jenelle was too busy talking about her family, her boys, her insurance designation, her broken dishwasher, and more, and while asking me nothing, which explains why she didn't have my contact info. Is this the person you want looking after your policy? And if you do decide to work with this broker, choose an agent who cares. If this is what they call first impressions, I'm not impressed. I'll go elsewhere where they value your service and they actually care about providing customer service.

I wanted to take a minute to share my awesome experience with here, and especially mention Logan and Jennifer, who were the people who helped me out! Logan was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout the entire process of helping me out with my auto insurance needs. And Jennifer literally took care of everything me and my company needed. They both actually listened to all of our concerns, and really went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. I felt totally comfortable and confident knowing that Logan, Jennifer, and the team at had my back. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need of insurance help. Thanks, Logan, Jennifer, and the rest of you guys. You are awesome!

Very poor service whole staff is new and they are not trained well. I asked them to activate my insurance and they activated from next month. I got ticket for this and there staff member its our fault. But manager Kara and Janelle said you can fight your ticket. They just give me a letter that don’t make any sense and they took 8 days for that. I would recommend you guys its better to go to other autopac. Worst place and management.

Top notch customer service by a gentleman named Aidan. Would definitely recommend this place for your insurance needs, any day any time. Everyone is amazing!

Came in for my autopac and Ronit helped me out. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend anyone to go and get their insurance needs from La Salle Insurance.

Kim at La Salle Insurance went out of her way to figure out my out of province tax. Not being able to explain this to the out of town dealer would’ve meant that I would have to pay for the tax in MB and get a refund which would have been a total hassle. I’m very appreciative of Kim’s intuition to ask and explain for the information she was looking for to help my registration. Thank you Kim at La Salle, I highly recommend them for any challenging vehicle registration they know what they are doing and are willing to help.

Not very friendly this morning and not helpful at all. The lady we dealt with didn’t know much about travel insurance. She barked at someone who came in needing help w a non-insurance matter. They weren’t busy at all either.

The agent Anna is super helpful and knowledgeable, we met her in this location once and today in Bridgewater location. Another agent was not sure about some information. She provided support to him. We met her today in Bridgewater La Salle Insurance, she provided us with top service about transfer insurance to new car registration, and ran extra miles for helping us of tax rebate information. Love to see her around. Love La Salle insurance! Always the best insurance in town!
