An eye doctor for pearl vision said that there was nothing wrong with my eye. 15 operations later and 3 years of loss of income begs to differ. The doctor put in a claim but they refuse to pay because I can't prove liability even though the doctor put the claim in . All the lawyers say I have a case but want ten grand. Might as well not have insurance. Because it's useless

More than a month after my property has been severely damages by sewage backup. I still have not received the cheque that will not even cover 1/10 of the damage when I was told it will take 11days. The service was very disappointing. I do not recommend. Aaron Arjoon CIP,CRM was unhelpful.. could not keep to his words although he saw how damaged the place was.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time with this company. Terrible communication. We’ve been dealing with this nonsense for a couple of months only to find out now we’re denied. Our coverage doesn’t include seepage. Who knew. Our adjuster isn’t the one to let us know,it was because I made a phone call to red river and found this out!!!

my 4 year old son and i had an accident in the walmart parking lot last year and ive got nothing but the run around from this company. today i will be going to every mewd station and newspaper that will hear my story. my son and i should not be put on the back burner with little to no communication. every response is im waiting to hear back. well ive been waiting long enough and i refuse to sit here and wait any longer.
