Seriously worst service ever I apply on time do the phone interview then get told it will be processed don't recive any letters or call backs after I left numerous messages about my problem the last piece of mail I received said myself and my family would recive medical benefits through out 2018 and having to go to the dr the first time the other day be told you don't have medical insurance. Your card is not active ???? And there's never an operator to take calls and no one calls back when a message is left

They NEVER answer the phone. You have to call at least ten times before anyone even answers to help you. They need to fix this.

Super fast compared to others in different counties... Some very nice employees BUT there's one employee there that is sooooo rude. Gives dirty looks and acts as if she is better than people in line.

I am sick and tired of this state delaying my checks. I HAVE A FAMILY TO SUPPORT AND AN OVERDRAWN BANK ACCOUNT. Get it together and do your jobs. Time sheets were NOT turned in late.
