Lovely staff, the food is delicious and very much on the affordable side. The service is a bit too slow but the wait is definitely worth it. Totally coming back here, definitely recommend this place to any who loves Latin food.
This place was amazing! We ordered pupusas, yuca con chicharrón and ceviche for take out. To drink we had horchata and tamarind juice. Everything was packaged properly and ready in 25 mins. The taste was so authentic and the staff member was very nice. I will be coming back!
Tasty pupusas but takeout time was over 20 min long for 4 pupusas. Call ahead of you want to do takeout. They also charge extra to pay via credit card.
This is the best place in Toronto to eat Pupusas. You will be transported to To Central America the moment you walk in. Authentic El Salvador dishes and atmosphere, vegan and veggie options available.
Generous portion of authentic Salvadorian dishes. Our family of four really enjoyed the delicious food. Staff are warm and friendly. The restaurant is spacious and kid friendly. The food is Excellent, but it takes too long. Our entrée came at the end of our order, after 40 mins to ask for it. When we did arrive there were some tables without people but a lot of dishes and bottles on them. Never were cleaned Imagine the washrooms
First of all, Sonja sp? is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She guided my order selections w ease and went above and beyond to ensure I could pick up the order, pretty much right after they opened. It was on time and really...THEIR FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! If you saw the youths faces!!!! You'd know the joy I'm experiencing right now. Shoot, I was trying not to look greedy in front of the youth group but we were ALL GOBBLING up those bad boys, happily! The pupusas, inspired much conversation within our multicultural gathering of youth as we explored the similarities of that dish PUPUSAS alongside other foods, from various cultures. Ppl wanted more than one serving and you can tell, I became a lil rockstar off of this one lunch session. A great way to end a group before we break for the Holidays. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU LA PUPUSA LOKA, you made my day extra amazing!!! And for sure, we will be back!!!!
One of the best places to ever eat in Toronto. The staff are very friendly and the food is some of the best i’ve ever had. Reminds me of my Abuelita and her famous homemade pupusas. Famous to us
Service was not good. We waited an hour for the food after we were seated 30min prior. No one came to the table before we were served or during at last someone finally came and we asked for water and again they never brought it. We had to go up and pay because we didn't want to wait around anymore. The food was okay would not considered coming back. Definitely a one time visit
Very poor service! It looks like auto-service, I had to take the menu from the front desk and pay there as well. Pupusas were good, horchata was like ehhh, burritos were without any flavor. It doesn't worth it.
