One of the best Viet subs in town, unfortunately they are closed for the pandemic.

Best subs I’ve had, love the consistency of the bread and the flavour of the beef, their bubble tea is also great. Unfortunately they are closed because of COVID. Hopefully they open again

Hours aren't accurate on google. Says open til 8pm but I'm here at 5 and they're closed. Lazy business practices

Great shop.   But now it close as of March 2020 due to COVID-19

Very good subs: Sate beef was tender and flavorful.  Bun was toasted just right.  Veggies fresh and crisp.  Good sauce to ingredient ratio. Assorted was tasty but slightly on the dry side. Great price. No nonsense straightforward service.

The food is regularly well prepared and flavorful, staff members provides excellent customer service. I really like the cleanliness and vibes. Will come visit again.

Favorite place for vietnamese subs! Flavors are just perfect and the buns are toasted into perfection. Staff are very friendly too!
