Très bonne viande fumée à l'ancienne. Le grand jeune chef qui coupe la viande fumée est un pro. Les propriétaires semblent être sur place tout les jours. Des gens qui semblent très travaillant et qui s'occupent bien de la place. Pour un vieux restaurant, très propre et excellent service. 
Ce restaurant doit être ouvert au moins 20 ans maintenant. 
Un must quand vous passez dans la région. Bravo
