It was SUPER, SUPER fast to get a table and to receive the food after ordering it. The waiter was really nice with us, explained everything and he speaks Portuguese, besides English and French!!! Unfortunately we didn't get his name. Food is GIGANTIC and really good. Fruits were fresh and diversified. Looking forward to taste their milkshakes with shots!!!
Fast service with a smile. Food was fast and spot on. Very tasty as well. I went with the mashed potatoes and really enjoyed them. A bit surprised by the $1 charge for coffee, I just assumed it was included with the breakfast as it is with every other breakfast place ever. I guess it's one way to stand out and be original lol
They will respond to anything to hide the facts. Rubbish and flat false is their reply, as a matter of fact the reply proves the point. Rude is not funny. It's just Rude. This has to be the very worst location of this chain in Montreal Service is unfriendly borderline rude This is also the first location where I was served 1 toast with my breakfast every other has been 2. When asked if we wanted refill on the coffee and said yes, they came with a full pot and filled literally half an ounce claiming it was a joke… fail to see what was / is funny. Train your staff to be professional.This location needs to clean up their act.
The food was fresh but quite pricey for what I ordered. The restaurant is small so lots of noise and line ups. After we ate we were asked to leave to make room for other customers. If you want to have a nice time with friends and relax this is not the place. They are too busy so be ready to eat and leave.Food: 3/5
It was difficult to choose what to eat since the menu has so many options. I chose Maryline en Amour & was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the ingredients. Eggs were perfectly cooked, waffle was warm & had abundant toppingsI left some on my plate. Service was pleasant & quick. I will definitely return !
Food was great. Waitress was good but brought the bill without us asking for it. Once we paid she never came back to the table to bring us more coffee. She clearly wanted us out. I get it was busy but I don't get out much and was enjoying my time with my bestie. She then comes over to us and tells us to leave as the restaurant is busy. I have never seen this in all my 43 years. Everyone around was shocked too. Another waitress came and apologized on her behalf and said she doesn't know how she gets away with it always. So it's not the first time. We will not be back cause of her.
Its not that it wasn't good. But the food is very ordinary for the price, and the service was underwhelming until the bill. This is when our waitress started listing ALL the things she takes care of, clearly trying to get us to give more tip... It was decent, and I wouldn't mind going back to meet a friend if they suggested the place, but I definitely wouldn't make a detour to go back. Edited to add as a response to management comment : it speaks volumes that your responses to all bad or mediocre reviews is to blame the client or jump to blaming your staff instead of trying to see if there's a trend and working on that. My experience was disappointing all the way through, and the waitress asking for tip was one example amongst others. I have no interest in getting someone who may have just had an off day fired. My review stands. It's not bad but it's not great either.
Great staff! Great food! Perfect for birthdays! I had the "Mini gourmand" which is a pancake with 2 eggs and potatoes and it tasted great : Anything you pick from the menu will be a good choice. All my friends were satisfied with what they had!
Delicious food! Friendly staff, quick service, and bottomless coffee. My family and I very much enjoyed eating here. Will definitely come back.
First time going. Looks like a hole in the wall place but great atmosphere and food and decent prices! Extensive menu with gluten free options. Great breakfast place for our young family of 3. Will definitely come again! Was a pleasant discovery!Food: 5/5
