Whenever I have needed physiotherapy, Monica has treated me with great care and compassion. From recovering after a car accident to my frozen shoulder, broken wrist or recurring lower back pain, I always get the individualized attention that I need. The physiotherapy and ergo therapy areas are relaxed and welcoming. If you have the opportunity to exercise with Sue as part of your recovery, she is an outstanding trainer, she makes you feel better while creating the perfect exercise schedule. Parking is free for physiotherapy and ergo therapy patients in the attached parking lot. L’Esprit is a friendly, caring, patient-centered clinic.

Just by the telephone conversation I can say , it's probably one of those place who doesn't respect patients just because it's covered by RAMQ. they should hire better staff.

The 2 old lady secretaries or assistances in front are extremely rude, taking to patients with attitude as if we were stupid or something and sighing non stop...

Pretty easy to book appointments, they have a clinic with several different doctors (at least 2 gp's) plus the physiotherapy center with kind, friendly, competent personnel (I,'ve done physio here for 2 years in a row when I got hurt and after I go as needed) and a small gym. People are nice and friendly and they know their business, while appointments are required they usually easy and fast to get most times the same week (except for the specialist doctors). They have a parking lot (paying parking for doctors consult free for physiotherapy) that makes it hassle free for parking.

A friendly and caring center for physiotherapy. Highly qualified and knowledgeable professionals attentive to individual client needs at all times. I feel well cared for and treated at l'Esprit!
