Great gym with modern equipment including a cross fit room. Showers have been changed recently. Staff is super nice and clients are cool. Not too crowded either which is a big plus!
Excellent gym! It's extremely clean, staff are friendly and it's never too busy.
Never too busy, great prices! But don't go here because then it will be busy
Mediocre office building gym. Limited, basic equipment, little to no classes, simple facilities. Place is always clean though, and staff is pretty nice. They open early enough during the week, but weekend hours suck. Price isn't that great, but convenient if you work in the building. Meh.
Greatest gym in all Montreal. Reasonable prices. The best staffs work there.
