Horrible food!! So greasy, within 2 min of eating my food, I had to run to the bathroom to throw up! I would never go back, nor would I recommend it to anyone.. My brother in law had a fly in his beer, everything about this place was bad. It was heart breaking knowing The Lotus Inn was right across the street and their food is always great! I would say go there instead, it's right in the area and the prices are better

I have been a patron for awhile now. The past year the service has gone way down hill and even the food too. We usually order takeout and the last few times we have our experience has been awful! I am serverley allergic to shellfish and have told the lady on the phone that my food must not be in contact with any shellfish. When my order was delivered I opened up the dish I ordered and there was shrimp! I called back and was very polite, told her that they can either make me a new dish without shellfish or refund my money. She said NO, YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN ( yelled at me over the phone ). I will no longer be a patron at this buisness and I urge others, especially with allergies, to do the same. Awful service, rude ignorant old lady and disrespectful delivery drivers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered yesterday and got food poisoning. I will be calling bc health to report this because I know they won't.

Always good food and fast service. Best chinese food in Kamloops IMO.
