I would give the manager of this location a minus 20 review if I could. I ordered through the busy bee company, who gave them the correct order but when the staff at A&W packed up our food they put the wrong order receipt on the bag. So when the delivery service got here we looked at the label on the bag to find the total, it stated it was the completely wrong order. We sent it back and the manager called me and told me it was the right order but their staff had put the wrong label on the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that our order now had to go in the garbage because it would be cold and that it was our fault for not looking in the bag. Her tone was condescending and demeaning and she out right told us that the customer is bot always right and that it was my fault. I go to this location every day after work. I am thoroughly disgusted and will NEVER be returning. I will also be spreading this story and letting everyone know about this horrendous customer service I'm absolutely appalled

Can't even take an order correctly, not only that, the food was absolutely disgusting, burgers were very poorly made, a damn child can make a better burger. learn to change your oil in your friers the fries were nasty. Honestly that's the kind of meal you get when a bloody meth addict takes your order then makes your meal. There's no excuse for that pathetic food and service. Absolutely garbage.

Pathetic customer service very rude. Doesn't give us what we order, always screw up. Food is over priced and mushy Dont go here.
