I was very fortunate to experience a Cruise on the Boardroom.  Excellent courteous  service with very charming staff. The boat was very clean, bathrooms very clean and fresh..A very smooth cruise with excellent food. Sherman, Britney, and Mitch you deserve a raise in wages. Job well done.

Call the number to book tickets but can never connected for three days, we finally book tickets online followed their website instruction, but when we arrived their tickets booth near the dock we found there are no staff there and actually no cruise service that day.  We wondering how they manage the booking.  Kids feel disappointed and our trip plan was disrupted.

I have had the privilege of going on one of the Kelowna cruise ships for 3 years now and the service and atmosphere is nothing short of impeccable. If you are an planning a staff outing, family reunion or just want a wild night on Okanagan lake this shod be your first and only call.  Thanks for the incredible memories!

Initial booking was smooth and hassle free. We ended up not being able to go on the cruise that day due to illness so I emailed to ask if we could rebook and they never responded 😒
