After trying to purchase a home in montague nj through krumpfer, ive been given mixed information through the firm regarding the purchase process and requirements of the home. The seller "accepted" my offer is what i was told however there was then no paperwork to show for that. Meanwhile a week later im told the seller has got 2 other offers after theyve already accepted mine. I sent in a signed contract, and even recieved a revised contract to sign as there was an issue regarding the CO on the signed contract. They should not have been taking in any offers after already accepting an offer and a contract being in place.  This being said, ive wasted a good few weeks and while im not hurt about losing the property, I am quite irritated by the lack of communication, Misleading information, and overall poor handling of the process.  After dealing with Joe Krumpfer years ago i thought he was actually very good at what he does. Its unfortunate that those in his firm fail to follow in his practices and cant meet a similar level of quality service.

Joe listed my father’s house. We honestly felt like it would take awhile to sell, but Joe told us he would have it sold in a few days. Well, he was right. We had 2 offers within 24 hours!  He guided us through the whole process. Unfortunately due to the covid virus pandemic, the buyer was unable to secure the purchase. But once again, Joe had an offer on this house within 24 hours!  And...the offer was better than the first. Thanks so much Joe!  We truly appreciate all that you did for us!

Laure helped get us into our apartment... she went above and beyond over the course of our experience. We LOVE her, she was a pleasure to work with. Met Joe as well on one occasion and he was great too.

It was awesome to work with this agency, and it was a very pleasing experience finding a new home for my family! I definitely encourage others looking for their dream home to contact Krumpfer Real Estate for their next move.
