This is an ashram and yoga school for those who wish to follow the path of self-realization through Kriya yoga, Teaching is authentic, the place is beautiful with views of Mt Orford, well maintained and focused on health through meditation and yoga and a clean diet. I became an initiate in 1999, with teacher Marshal Govindan. Much to learn in this branch of classical Yoga. This was an important step in my universal spiritual journey. Nanri
