Yes and no. I want just to share my experience, as I tried many yoga schools in Paris. It’s good studio, well made. Fresh. What I didn’t like teachers don’t give a lot of attention how people do asans and it’s really important, some exercises could be even dangerous for not experienced people. Classes where it’s written « friendly English » the teacher spoke very bad English almost didn’t I didn’t understand even the name of asanas Friday class. Only some words in English, most class goes in french language. I don’t really get this idea of « friendly », for me it was not so friendly. I had feeling it’s not about teaching and explaining how to and what it brings to your body, it looks more commercial for me. I didn’t see that teachers are experienced to share their philosophy and explaining property how to do. If u want to do gymnastics balance, stretching, welcome, but it’s quite far from yoga school I learnt.
